About HRF

We who are members work in many different professions within hotels, restaurants, casinos, cafes, pastry shops, tourist facilities, private zoos, bingo companies and other types of entertainment companies.

Together, we have the opportunity to pursue important issues and influence, both workplace and society. Our vision is to together create an industry where we as employees feel safe and satisfied at work, with good pay and fair conditions.

HRF is constantly working to increase safety and fair conditions through, for example, influence in scheduling, paid vacation, advice, help and support for our members.

The Trade Union Vow

We do solemnly swear
that we will never under any circumstances
work for lower wages
or under worse conditions
than what we now promise one another.

We make this Vow,
in the secure knowledge
that if we all are true to our pledge
the employer will be forced
to meet our demands.
